Our shop specializes in restoration, repair and refurbishments. We pride ourselves with our quality of work and pursue our passions through the services we provide to our customers. These are just an example of our most popular repairs performed but we also offer most other jewelry repairs as well. Please note that no repair costs can be provided over the phone or computer, prices can only be given in-store.
Rick Terry Jewelry Designs Waitlist Policy
Some custom projects and complex repair services may be scheduled on a waiting list. We want to be completely transparent about how we prioritize our work to serve all our clients best.
Priority for Existing Clients: Rick Terry Jewerly Designs takes priority over walk-in, non-RTJD repair requests.
Service Priority Order:
- Custom / Made-to-Order (MTO) projects
- RTJD product repairs and services
- Non-RTJD Maintenance Care Plan intakes and restorations
- Non-RTJD simple repairs
Waiting List Scheduling: Specific repair services and items, which will be identified during your in-store inspection, may be scheduled onto our waitlist. We will discuss the expected repair time with you after we evaluate your jewelry.
Non-Rick Terry Jewelry Items: Any jewelry that was not originally designed or made by Rick Terry Jewelry Designs must be brought into the store for an initial, in-person inspection. This allows our jewelers to accurately assess the item’s condition and determine if the piece can be safely serviced.
Maintenance Care Plan Advantage: Items and restorations that are enrolled in our Maintenance Care Plan will be treated as official Rick Terry Jewelry Design products after service. This is a significant benefit: these pieces will no longer be subject to the general repair waiting list in the future, ensuring faster service and continued peace of mind.

Our certified gemologist on staff is able to provide the needed paperwork which includes necessary information such as carat total weight, mounting material, color and clarity or gemstone grading. Our appraisals provide what we call the “retail replacement value” of your item. This is the value of the item if it were to be recreated by our jewelers at the current day’s material cost.
Appraisals are $150 for the first item, and the typical turnaround is 5–7 days after in-store inspection. Please note: we only appraise Rolex watches; all other watch brands are excluded.

At Rick Terry Jewelry Designs, we take pride in providing our customers with peace of mind through our maintenance plan. This plan ensures the protection of your jewelry from any potential loss of stones in their settings.
All items covered by the Maintenance Plan (from Rick Terry Jewelry Designs or another provider) will bypass the repair waitlist. Ensuring your jewelry receives priority service and prompt attention from our master jeweler.
