Eligibility
In order to be eligible for this service, customers must pay for and follow through with any repairs recommended by our jewelers in order to fortify your piece and secure all stones. Some restrictions and conditions apply.
RESTRICTIONS
A limit on liability for stone sizes above one quarter carat. Any stone lost due to excessive damage or abusive wear will not be honored by this plan. This is determined via inspection by our jewelers. Opals and emeralds are EXEMPT from this care plan, as they are fragile in nature and frequently broken out of mountings. Glued stones are EXEMPT from this care plan as well. All types of glue tend to deteriorate due to normal wear and tear.
CONDITIONS
To keep your priority status, covered jewelry must be brought in for cleaning and inspection every SIX MONTHS. Any necessary repairs found during these free inspections must be completed at your expense to keep the plan active.
Please note, when you repair a piece under this plan (even if originally purchased elsewhere or at RTJD), it becomes an official RTJD product. This ensures the item, and any future maintenance it needs, will automatically bypass the general repair waitlist.
